Harkins Builders Webpage Revamp

The 100% employee-owned construction company, Harkins Builders, wanted to improve their employee recruitment and better showcase their employee culture. Markitecture worked with the Harkins team to develop an engaging and content-packed update to the careers section of the website, which resulted in an interactive landing page that branches off into several new pages of content. All new content was designed with the job-seeker in mind and includes special attention to where they may be in their career, what benefits may be most valuable and most importantly the amazing company culture at Harkins.

Our team was able to work within the framework of the existing website seamlessly. We added new functionality and flexibility to their WordPress site while taking advantage of existing plugins and templates where possible. Special thanks to our partner Access Advertising for development talent.
